About Monika's Biscuits

The story has started in 2002, when I found myself without a job. Desperate to have something to spend my time with - not to mention earning some money - I joined a local Country Market, where I have started selling my baked goods. During these years I was experimenting with different types of biscuits and decorations, and finally has developed my signature style, and became what I am today: the maker of beautiful hand decorated, lovingly iced biscuits, much to the delight of the kids, who keep buying my wares at every Saturday at the Kilternan Country Market.

In March, 2008, after working as a pastry chef in a successful cafe for a while, I had decided to establish my own small, home-based business as a baker. But I still find time for baking for the Market, and you can find me there at every Saturday morning, and can purchase my biscuits, cakes and breads.
